Refund policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

AalaNisa provides returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or faulty products (valid unboxing video required)
• Wrong products delivered
• Cancellation request before dispatch

Please note that product colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen settings. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for colour variations.

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@aalanisa.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any return request submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refunds will be issued only in the form of Store Credit and cannot be transferred to a bank account or exchanged for cash.

Courier charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

A processing fee of 2.5% excluding applicable taxes will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. This fee shall be waived if the order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on the part of AalaNisa (for example, an item being out of stock).

Products listed under the Essentials category, including underscarves, sunglasses, hijab pins, and hijab scrunchies, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered.

For items that were not delivered, refunds in the form of Store Credit will be processed only after confirmation that the shipment was not delivered and the customer chooses not to receive a replacement or alternate product.

Please allow up to two weeks for approved refunds to be processed.
